Discipleship: We exist to edify God’s people.
Long Term Goal: To train members how to build
Godly habits by spending time with God, study His Word,
fellowship with His people, and using God’s resource for His purpose.
Objectives: (MS Minh & MS Nhan)
1. To form a Discipleship Committee to train, oversee and counsel 101, 201, 301 and 401 teachers
1. Discipleship Committee to train teachers to hold 101,201,301 and 401 classes third Sunday afternoon each month.
2. Discipleship Committee to encourage members to take 201 class and sign the commitment card.
3. Discipleship Committee to remind and encourage every member to have devotional time at least 15 minutes everyday.
4. Discipleship Committee to require nominees for the office of deacons and elders have to finish 201 class.
5. Four times per year the elders visit or call those who took 201 to encourage them continue practice their quiet time and give them new devotional book.

Discipleship is about Building up people for ministry. The key element of discipleship is DEEPER-Relationship.
In order to foster deeper relationship, we will need mentor-mentee relationships. In mentor-mentee relationship, people are asked to be honest, vulnerable, truthful and to dare to confess to each other and pray for each other with any hidden hurts, pains ,sufferings, desires and dreams.
Discipleship is my shape and my heart is in women. Pray for me.
I pray that God will bring up two more women to work alongside with Ms Minh and Ms Nhan.
We need both genders to grow people in our church.
