The Harvesting Field.

When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them,

because they were harassed and helpless,

like sheep without a shepherd.

Then he said to his disciples,

"The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.

Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore,

to send out workers into his harvest field."

Matthew 9:36-38

Dear Lord,

Please guide us as we pray for the

reaching out plan for 2008.

May you bless us with clarity, focus, and

determination in carrying through what

you have put into our hearts and minds.

May you give us the strength, the courage

as well as the freedom in following you.

On Christ's weeping heart, I pray,

our dear Lord Jesus. Amen.
