Fellowship: We exist to form a God’s family and spend time and show our love toward each other.
Long Term Goal: Every member belongs to a small group.
Objectives: (BN and Co Lang)
1. To establish a Fellowship Committee to train, oversee and counsel small group hosts.
2. Fellowship Committee to pray and recruit 8 hosts to form 8 small groups
3. Fellowship Committee to require new attendants to take 101 Class, make profession of faith and join a small group.
4. Fellowship Committee to report to the council every two months.
5. Four times per year the elders visit or call the members to encourage them to join small group.

The goal of fellowship is to bring new people to the church.
1) Invite people to small group is ONE way to bring people in.
2) We can also have general outreach. To create meaningul and fruitful outreach, we need to know the needs of our community.
Offering the Christian view to compare and to constrast with worldview is an proven successful outreach tool.
